you should look into kuhmos from tire rack, im sure your local tire shop can get them n mount them for you, id advise that you save up and buy some nice tires, will handle better, displace more water for better rain driving and last alot longer

I've had bridgestone potenzas and recently Yokohama t4's - the yoko's are great tires for the money, although tread life could be a little better

When these tires wear out Im going to a new set of 17"s

Kumhos are good cheap tires. I think tire rack has the Kumho 711 for $52 a tire. Not bad at all. I have them now, and personally, I won't buy them again, but you do what you can, you know?

I've owned some really cheap tires and some really expensive tires.
Recently I just got some Kumho Ecstas and after driving on them for a few months I'm actually very happy with them. They've definitely outperformed what I expected of them for the price and I drive on em hard.

Today I bought Michelin Pilot Primacy HP as my other ones developed a bulge in the side wall. I'm gonna stick with this as it's really grippy in wet and dry - cornering is excellent and takes alot to wheel spin them. Theyre also really quiet on cruising speed.

A safe cheaper option might be Pirelli P6000 - also grippy

I am on my second set of General Exclaim UPH tires and they are awesome. I had them on my modded grand am gt and now on my celica and I have driven them through everything including snow and torrential rain. They are only 73 dollars for 17's on tire rack.com.
Here is a link: link
