Oh no...something went wrong with my car, sludge from somewhere

And as I came home, I noticed a dark green sludge on my wheels. I don't know where it came from, and I won't be able to take a look at the car till next week Tuesday (I'll be visiting a neighbor island to see family for the weekend).
