Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong spot but wondering if I can get some help on this. My wife took the car to work and it was fine but when she got off of work and was getting ready to leave, the shift knob wouldn't move to any of the gears at all. The car is a 94 Celica Automatic. One of my buddy suggested that maybe it's the spring of some sort in the shift knob that's causing that problem as he once had a similar problem. We doodle around with it for awhile and still no luck. Now I am here to ask if you guys might have another better solution to this issue.
I checked the transmission fluid and seems to be good. Car runs fine, it just wont shift. Any ideas to fix this issue? This post has been edited by gstjoker: Jun 4, 2007 - 10:59 AM |
