Multiple Brake questions - Rotors, Calipers, etc. Options

i have GOT to give my brakes some attention soon, but i had a couple quick questions:

1. has anyone found and anti-rust coating for the rotors that WORKS? i've seen that some of the aftermarket rotors are available with anti-rust plating, but i'm skeptical about it's efficacy. i've also seen people straight up paint them, how does that work out?

2. does anybody know where i can get some GOLD caliper paint? or at least gold high-temp? my calipers and carriers are pretty nasty looking - i think gold would look sick, but the kits all seem to be red, and i've only seen high temp in solid colors at the store.
