MR2's SUCK for going sideways... FYI. They do more 360's and 180's than sideways... especially the SW20. I personally really hate the feel of the MR2's... more specifically, the second gen MR2's. Too ass-heavy... poor weight balance and too agressive of weight shifts. IMO of course. I do however... really love the 1st gens and 3rd gens... but they still suck for drifting overall. I mean... if you plan to just go straight really fast... then they're great... but I personally don't like them as a driver's car.

I couldnt agree any more. I just like the mr2 cause #1 being rare, #2 it looks hawt imo, and #3 it's a Toyota. biggrin.gif

One day when I'm rich it's going in a glass case.

O yea btw I'm selling a 91 Mr2 if your interested...

My mr2 is fun as hell to drive and I am in the top 5 times at every auto-x I go to. They dont drift real easily but its not impossible to do.

that's not fun when you're racing. frown.gif and especially not fun with as much horsepower as itchy's planning on. To me, the 2nd gen MR2 chassis design has a power limit... beyond it, the car just becomes unstable and NOT fun to drive. I'd say around 400 horsepower is when the car gets very jumpy. It's like back in the day when my dad used to race a Starlet with a turbo 3TC. Scary...
