I put everything on my car for the turbo kit and now i do not have oil pressure, so i thought that i was just really low on oil then all together i put 5.5 quarts in cuz i have the oil filter relocate kit, and the turbo oil lines, however i still do not have oil pressure, so i took out the turbo feed line and cranked the motor and oil is nowhere to be found, i know the pump still works cuz the filter is full of oil. any suggestions on what may be wrong?

if your reading that you have 0psi from a gauge, then id say to double check how you hooked up the gauge.

does the car start. did you unhook the coil wire before starting the car to prime the oil system?

your sensor is bad/ when instaling the gauge you may have done something incorrectly.

Go over your gauge stuff again.

hey guys before you go telling him the gauge is faulty. read that he posted he took the pressure line off, cranked it, and got no oil coming out. this means there is infact no oil. so dont tell him its a gauge then he starts it and blows a bearing out.

youve added 5.5qt ontop of your normal oil level? (filter relocation and turb install?). take the line off the filter relocation kit and see if oil comes from that line when cranked over. then work your way back till you loose oil. also check if your filter housing is directional and if you have it hooked up incorrectly?

X2.
check your filter relocation line setup if you have them.

well thanks guys but i figured out the problem, my oil filter relocation kit was against gravity and for some reason it couldnt get oil to the head or turbo etc. i fixed that and now its runnin like a champ except for the small coolant leak on the turbo, fixing that here in a little bit. and the lowest the oil pressure got to at idle was 10 psi.

i love this site, you guys have helped me out soooooo much.
