turbo timer ain't neccessary. turbo timer keeps your motor running after ya turn the ignition off. it'll run at the time you set it at example 1min, 30sec, 2mins etc.. turbo timer are there to let your turbo cool down and let oil return to prevent clog on the turbo (correct me if i'm wrong). turbo timer is the same as you sitting in the car and leavin it there to run for the time limit then shutting it off. but if ya want more fancy stuff in your celi, then get it. i had the BLITZ limited edition D1 turbo timer smile.gif

I got tired of waiting for my turbo to cool down, so I bought a greddy turbo timer. I love it. It was about $100. Its easy to hook up and use. I highly recommend adding it to you list of parts.

Hahha I thought this was funny...

Do they make PnP harness for 5s? Or do you have to splice?

well the truth is that you dont need one. i ran my car without one for 2yrs. not to mention all the years that my clip ran in japan without a turbo timer. the only reason i bought one was for the digital boost gauge function.

they do make a harness for us. you just have to look up what they have listed for the st205. that same harness works for us too.

Clip = half cut, (either front or rear)

they all do the same thing. they just let the car idle for whatever amount of time you preset it to do. blitz blows them all away by giving you a digital boost gauge feature for the same price as the competition.
