 Racing Chips, Are they as good as they claim to be? |

I see alot of racing chips around for cheap that claim up to 40hp gain. I realize that 40hp is unrealistic but I wanted to know if you would really see a noticeable increase in performance with one of these chips and which chip you would recommend. I know they alter the gas/air mixture ratios but are there any cons of using these chips?
