if i switched drive trains from frt whl drive to all whl drive will that void my vin? i herd cali is crushing ppl cars with tampered vins (alot of nice suped up cars)

Second.... the worst Video system is the alpine; you have one wire to the E-brake and other to the brake pedal (in this case you could use 2 switches one to ground ando other to the +bat)

hey redline is there any way to change the color of the lights it lights blue.....i want red.....my other cd player has that option...........its just i dont know if the blue looks good with the red inside......if i cant change color then it would be nice to get a vote on lighting red inside red or blue and will it look funny red car blue lights....thank you hope you understand its kinda hard for me to explain

edit: and is there a way to wire it up to the dimmer

as far as i know you cant change the color of the lights EASILY, im sure u can open the thing up void your warranty and solder in some red leds but it probably isnt worth it, same with the dimmer you cant really hook one up without tearing the whole thing apart. IMHO its just not worth it, at least the little thing where the cd goes into is red lol

lol ok thanks for the help..............and yea imo too its not worth breaking the seal.................does blue lights in all red car sound stupid........looks good on spiderman...lol<<<<spider-man fan. yea yea nerdy, but what can i say, i love rubix cubes,puzzels,comic heros, and buliding fixing computers.......lol....all next to my car, car #1

i think the blue lights are better than red, they add a nice contrast, too much red could be overwhelming

dual xdvd710 ......7 in touch screen flipout...i heard it is like switch sensetive that it needs to toogle

Gotta love Walmart/Best buy... I have that same model... and I threw in a toggle switch too.

(Its a ground wire)

Unit->Yellow Wire->Switch->ground = you should be good after that.

and the power button glows red once you shut the unit off...
