Ok, I get in my car and turn it on as usual and both my doors lock right away, I didnt think anything of it, but after returning to carls jr (with a dbl western cheeseburger mmmm) I turned off the car and tried to open the doors with the button but everytime I hit unlock it would unlock then quickly lock again on both doors, so I had to open the door manually to get ou frown.gif.

Can anyone identify my problem or suggest me anything to do? I hate electronic stuff on cars (atleast dealing with electronic broken stuff) and should I just go down to a toyota dealership (man I hate those places!) or could I just probably just find an easy part on a junked 6gc and easily replace it.

any comments or suggestions are appreciate smile.gif

Sounds like a switch went bad. Could be either door but probably the drivers side. If you want to mess with it ry disconnecting the plug on back of the switches start with the drivers side. If the passenger side operates normally reconnect the drivers and disconnect the passengers switch and see what happens.
