I'm wanting to do a 3SGTE swap on down the line but i got to wondering today, When I do the swap do I need to get a new guage cluster to match the new RPM and MPH limits?

Nope. You don't need a new cluster. You won't be putting a 3S past 8K anyways...

isn't the speed higher though? I thought it goes to 200
