i know the st can barely break 20 with perfect driving, but thats on a 1/4mile

search "1/8 mile time calc" or "quarter mile calculator" on google

the st probably has 80-85hp if lucky, youll need it to put in calcs

there is an event at norwalk Ohio every january 1st called the hangover nationals.. you have to go 21.7 I think it is in the 1/4 to win lol... like exactly 21.7... and you have to beat your oponent.

I brought my 97 ST... When I actually tried I was crackin away at 17s!

And my motor is healthy... lol.. in the 1/8 mile youll prolly hit 12s heh.

IPB Image
thats my time slip
this is what my car looked like
IPB Image

14" wheels running 22psi in the tires on Dunlop Sp2 tires (i think thats the tire)
exhaust, AEM cold air, clutch, short throw shifter.

and as you can see from the 60' times (they are bad @ 2.5).
I had several runs faster than this (not scanned in) @ 17.2sec in the 1/4.
I haven't seen anyone post anything faster for an ST non turbo

Stock celica st has 90.5 HP, just for your info. You should be running somewhere at high 11 sec. That's what I had on 1/8 mile.

90.5 hp is overestimated i THINK, show me some dyno sheets and i will admit to being wrong but IMO a car that has 110 at the crank out of the factory shouldnt have 90.5 to the wheels after at least 8 years...

Here is a Celica running HS class. Stock Celica ST 90.5 HP on dyno...
This is the link.

You can check it out your self. There is a dyno sheet with HP and Torque map.
