Yeah, this is kind of like the previous question so you can delete it if it's considered a double post. Thing is I installed my new LED's on my gauge, now the gas gauge just stays all the way on the bottom even after putting 25.00 worth of gas. It's worrying me alot. Anyone know what the problem may be? Any solutions?

i have the same problem, turns out u cant put LEDs in the gas light....i just put back my old ones on n paint it with transparent blue.....
ONE THING to keep in mind...if you're using your stock side guages for the LEDS....u cant even see them lit during daytime driving....only put LEDs if your putting indiglo guages cuz thats kinda dangerous if all of a sudden the engine light comes on & u cant even see it..... -------------------- ![]() |

hey dew hoe. i don't think it's that the light isn't coming on, his gauge for his gas isn't working at all. like the needle is stuck on empty. personally i only used the LEDs for the 3 main dials. you don't really need them for the other warning lights.

hahaha *slaps myself*
too much drinking, gotta stop back to topic - u might need to take aprt the needle n put it back on like THEY said ^^^^^^ OR try gettign a new guage cluster.....worst comes to worst, u might even have to rip apart the gas tank for the sender unit.... -------------------- ![]() |

Yeah I'm using 3 Matrix LED lights. The needle actually is now moving a bit, it moved like barely but it leads me to the idea the needle is now stuck. It's still not displaying correctly. The only way I know when to fill up, is when the gas light comes on haha. Soooo... I'm gonna take apart the needle monday morning. If that doesn't work then I guess I'm gonna be looking around the junkyards for a new stock gauge. I don't think I'll need to rip the tank apart. Well I hope not. If I do have to do that, I'll just leave it alone and when I buy my WRX, I'll fix the tank, IF needs be. I hope not.
