Ok, say I went with the 3SGTE(ST185). It's all installed with front mount intercooler. For starters once I get the 3 pod gauge pillar, I want to get a boost gauge, an oil temp gauge, and a PSI gauge. Also I want an SAFC 2. What would/could I upgrade to get more style and performance other then that(w/o costing THOUSANDS of more dollars). I am still trying to familarize with all of the turbo stuff and am for sure doing this. I just want to get a general idea of stuff I could get or would need afterwords.

new clutch. um, ligthweight flywheel to put on while you have the tranny off. a PSI gauge and a boost gauge are the same thing. get boost, oil pres, and EGT/pyrometer. get a turbo timer and a boost controller before you get an AFC.

first off a boost gauge and a PSI gauge are the same thing for the way ur probally thinking. what PSI do u want to messure, ur turbo PSI is your boost...

also after the swap just get a an HKS FCD (fuel cut defencer) and a boost controller and turn it up. anything about 15 is a risk, but some people drive around at 17 and higher. but going up to 15 psi from ur stock 10 psi would grab you about 40 horsepower and 40 ft lb torque. which is a **** load!

thats what u can do for pretty cheap using "turbo items". u can still do all the same mods to a boosted car as u can to an N/A car. but for more "turbo items" you can get a bigger turbo like a T67 and have loads of power in upper rpms. or you can just get a 50 or 60 trim done on ur CT26.

***EDIT*** when charlie put his post up i was typing mine so i didnt see any of his
