well if you have one of both, i'm not sure why you'd want to switch them. But it should just be a simple switcheroo. Take both out and put them in the other car, they should bolt up so long that they are both 7afe engines(im guessing they are both STs)

By following what this guy said:

http://www.6gc.net/howto/swap_auto_transmission_to_manual

Are they both the same model? ST to ST because a GT to ST ain't going to work out so well.

yep both st 94 one belongs to my dad and one to me so it's just bolt on? nothing need to be modified to the harness. cuz the auto tranny have some sensors and some other stuff.. i just want to know if the swap is easy without modifing the harness or swapping the harness too..

you can make the automatic a manual pretty easily since you will have all the parts right there. the auto wiring harness comes with everything you need to make it a standard.

the problem would be making the manual an automatic. there are wires and plugs that the auto trans needs that the manual harness won't have. you will also have extra holes in your firewall from taking out the clutch master cylinder and pedal. you would need to swap over the auto radiator because you'd need the tank on the bottom to connect to the auto trans to cool it, as well as the auto alternator since it puts out more power for the added electrical components. you can use the auto ECU with the manual but the manual ECU may not have the information needed to control the auto trans and if it did your overdrive would not work anyway. thats all I can think of right now but there might be more...
