Requesting 3sgte Help, pix inside, Help me figure out where these plugs go Options

Hey guys,
I just got my wiring back from Dr. Tweak. I am trying to swap a ST185 3sgte into my OBD2 1997 Celica GT. There are several plugs that I don't where they go. The last mechanic I took my car to put the engine in and never got it running. Messed everything up, so now I have to fix it. Please take a look at these pictures and tell me if you see something wrong and also let me know what these plugs are and where they should go. In the meantime, I will do research and look through old posts to figure it out myself, but if you happen to just know, please post and save me some time.
