 help, engine making some weird noises |

ok, I just got a new clutch and now i am hearing some rattling in the valve cover from about 2800 rpms to 3500 + rpms. anyone have any idea what is going on? I have been told its sticking valves, but it is pretty loud for sticking valves. usually if i shift at 3000 rpms it does not rattle, but anything past that it rattles in every gear. Its a 7afe engine, in a 95 celica st coupe, any help is greatly appriciated.
