 internet settings, need help to access photobucket |

i'm guessing its some setting on my pc, but for some reason I can't load photobucket on my comp. I go to login, and it brings me to a page with a "0" in the top left corner. the rest of the entire page is blank.
I know its not the site, my acct, or my isp, because i can access it on my laptop, but not from my desktop. any internet guru's please help. |
