I'm going to try to get it through a dealer in South Africa. I just want to thank everyone who has been posting the pics of their engines. hey TRD-GT4, do you have compressor surge with this BOV on your setup at low boost (from 0 to 4 psi)? I have the same BOV, located at the same place on the intercooler piping and I have near the same intercooler piping route. I have compressor surge with this Greddy type RS BOV when low boost (from 0 to 4 psi). Anything over 5 psi, the BOV release corectly.

I'm running an ebay t3-t4 .50 comp AR, .63 turbine AR.
I adjusted the spring all the way out (no preload on the spring) and the BOV do not response enough fast to kill compressor surge... Could you take pics of your vaccum piping for the BOV, BOV to manifold vaccum line, where does you plugged it, etc... It will help me! Thanks Sam |

could you give me what is the lenght of your vaccum line and what is his inside diameter? Would you like to give me the lenght of your intercooler piping and the I.D. All those infos will help me to see if the BOV is the problem or if this is the setup.
