Here it is, me and my wife are looking to buy a celi vert GT, we know exactly what we want. The problem is not there, since the vert was not available here in Canada, we have to deal with U.S. traders. My problem is I don't know where to begin, I mean for importation, custom fees, who to deal with and so on. Really, it seems to me a very hard operation, and my wife want so bad is own celi. I have relatives in U.S.A., did I should ask them to buy the car and buy it from them after??? Or should I get myself to deal with the trader or the dealer? Any help would be welcomed. Thanx smile.gif

Thanx for the info goferris smile.gif

Unfortunatly, the 6th gen vert was not sold here!!! In any form or level. Total sales for the 6th gen's last year on the market (1999) here was 17*!!! in the entire country!!! Easy to undrstand why Toyota never bring the vert to the north.

Shame....they had a REALLY clean vert gt (charcoal color, leather, etc) for sales in Gatineau (where im studying atm)..i think the dealer name is Toyota Gatineau, it's located on the Maloney street. Unfortunately i cant see the car there anymore , either they sold it or moved it elsewhere...you might give them a call. The car was in perfect shape!

here's their number: (819) 568-0066
