I would say we do something around Northern VA,
I can provide LOTS of meeting places that give us plenty of room. or We can have a meet in the mountains, which i know some great spots as well (Spring meet if in the mountains) This would give some people from other parts a great chance to see something like Skyline drive, and what really makes VA beautiful. Plus the chance to drive on some GREAT twisty roads. |

I like that idea plyr, I think a mojority of the NE group would be part of this if we had a nice turnout and it would help them with the travel.
How about lodging in that area? Also Skyline drive is perfect, I been there in the summer time and it was awesome. A good place to keep "show offs" in bay with the rangers around the national parks =] |

Virginia IS the Center of the East Coast... not Fl. Well for the "East Coast Meet" we need to meet in the middle, yet a separate meet would be nice down in Florida for those who would like to attend. I myself would be down for both meets.

Florida is nice and such but this thread was created to have an East Coast Meet, not a SouthEast Meet. An East Coast Meet in Florida will leave out the NE [Populated by the OG's of 6GC]There are plenty of Florida meets that appeared in the past. You can contact them and have a meet locally. Not trying to be an asshat with your suggestion, but if you want to have the "XX Celica's overlooking the beach" dream, you can setup a Florida Meet. |

Ok, I live in Florida.. and it DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BE FAIR to have it in Florida when it is an EAST COAST MEET.. aka.. it needs to be in the middle somewhere.

I can arrange the meet if the location will be in SouthEast Virginia. The location will be in a Park, most likely Mount Trashmore [as stated previously] I just need a sign and I will start inquiring for a date.
