I took apart my front suspension after installing it a week ago and having alot of noise. I did as Playr158 said and greased the top of the spring and bearing. Also made sure the OUT was actually facing out this time. I re-installed, sprayed all rubber components with silicone spray 1 whole can. Ta-da No more noise. Im more then happy with this now. Tein and KYB's No Sound whatsoever. I highly recommend greasing and silicone spraying all busings and other components if you think you have put enough on, then put a little more.

Thanks for the advice guys. Im glad there was no problem with anything important and it was just my lack of knowledge on the install!

oh yea whoever told plyr to just keep re-installing it again and again untill no sound and not to grease.
No Dice, i tried that came up with same problem.

Grease and silicone spray FTW!!!

Nice. I'm getting poping noise from my rear struts, maybe the top mounts are gone, but I'll try spraying first. Where did you pick the silicon spray up?

The bolts were pretty rusted. alot of power was used to get unstuck. ( i dont have a compressor so no air tools.) but what i found worked was 3-2-1 All purpose heavy duty penetrator and then i used a torch to heat the bolts where no plastic or rubber was present. Then just a good old wrench and breaker-bar.

Grease used was just a bucket or all purpose quaker state lithium 2 high heat grease?

Hope it helps.
