its a 95 gt hatch with the mr2 trany and axels.

what should i be asking about?

im generally against buying swapped cars.
i would mainly be concerned with the tranny, axles, and swap package as a whole.
IMO thats the most important part of any swapped car.
wiring, hose routing, mounts, things like that all need to be checked out and tested before you buy.
a quick 5 minute ride dont work.
you need to drive it in all conditions (city, highway, crusing, stoplights ect.)

Thanks for the insight* Im having a hard time keeping my "poker face"
...I dont know any redblooded teenage male that wouldnt want a turboed car. I thought long and hard about buying my 95ST ...but since ive already driven the 6gc, wouldnt the only difference would be the engine, trany, and brakes?
