How to hook a Boost and Oil PSI gauge., Thanks in advance. Options

I've searched but maybe didn't search hard enough if there was a "how to" on this.

But can I get some advice/help.

Auto Meter PRO-COMP Ultra lite Boost and Oil Pressure.

Oil has three small 1ft long wires.

Boost has a 1ft vac line, and black and white lines ( I think for the light? )

but they're very easy to install - i give it a 2-3 hour install (mostly wiring)
- what you'll have to do first is splice into the Black prim /Blue secondary wire (which is an Ignition wire) out of the back of the fuse panel inside the car.
- then you're going to run your red lead from your lights to this splice.
- you're black lead on the lights will have to be grounded to the chassis (ne screw or bolt to the chassis will do, mostly likely near the door)

now with the vac/oil lines
- for the vac - simply find any vacuum line off of the throttle body/ intake manifold. cut and T into that line with the provided vac line T.
running that vac line T to the back of the vac/press gauge
-for the oil line (im assuming its mechanical) i believe it's illegal/not smart to mount them inside the cabin, so its going to have to be mounted somewhere in the engine bay. which will be tapped into the oil pressure sensor bit which is right of the alternator and behind the exhaust manifold.
- now, if you have an oil pressure sensor thats just a sender, you will T into the stock oil pressure sensor - and running a wire from the sender to the gauge inside of the vehicle. (it's automatically grounded so no need to ground it)

thats why i put 2 different responses. and no, there isnt just an electric sender for all oil gauges - there are a bit out there that are mechanical.
