Well, i needed a couple of new tyres and got prices around £60 each, so i had a scan on Ebay and found a set of Gen 7 wheels, with almost brand new Goodyear eagle tyres on starting at £79.99.

I put my bid in, then to my surprise, noone else bid so for less than the price of 2 tyres i had myself a set of wheels and tyres biggrin.gif

They were a bit shabby as you'd expect for a Gen 7 part smile.gif

So i sanded them down (a lot) and stuck some primer on:

Decided on Smoke grey metallic for the colour, i think they have come out pretty well, not used to them yet as my other ones were much darker, but i think i like them. They're not perfect up close but they look pretty **** hot for £80

Plus as they're standard celica wheels, i won't get raped by my insurance company wink.gif

So that's how i spent my week off work smile.gif
