would an injen cai off a 99 celica gt fit a 97 celica st?

I think the locations are pretty much the same, just the pipework would probly be thicker.
For a proper CAI, you might need to remove your offside wheel and wheel arch liner for better access. Hope this helps. |

If you also jack up the car and undo the bay guard from that area, you can rip out that air box that you can't see from above.
