Headlight switch, Cost and installation questions Options

Hey everyone,

I've been looking to replace my Headlight Switch for a little while. well I finally looked it up and found out that the "with fog" is cheaper than the one "without fog." now I'm trying not to wrap my head around this too much, but its confusing the hell out of me why it would cost more.

so could someone please explain why it costs more, and is it possible for a Celica which doesn't have fogs, be able to use the "with fog" switch?

if so I'll just buy the fog switch one.
