UPDATES AVAILABLE ON PAGE 8 Jasper (jdg371) and I have sat down and figured out almost every detail to this meet. It will be from Friday June 27th, to Sunday the 29th in Virginia Beach, VA. There will be a variety of activities planned. - BBQ - Relays - Kickball - Flag football - Go karts I am in the process of getting a group rate at a hotel, but I would need to know exactly how many people plan on coming. I estimated at least 20. I'm hoping that there will be more. Hotel + BBQ + additional park fees will be determined and paid for in full before the meet (a set rate). I will be setting up an individual checking account, so that all payments will be made with a Visa and will make it easier.
