Yeah, but this guy is sooooo freakin just random in everyday life it's not funny but it is, ya know? lol..... out of all my friends, he is definitely the one i would imagine doing that lol..... He actually did have to wear a dog costume for one place he worked at a long time ago but he got fired cause people called in that he was acting like he was humping the fire hydrant lol

What I'm most impressed by is that he appears to be the first one of those sign guys not strung out on meth that I've ever seen. It seems all those guys here in the Portland area are tweakers. Some of them are funny, you see them sitting on the sidewalk on a milk crate, doing absolutely nothing. Just sitting in the damn rain.

Yeah, he's more of a smoker of the mellow stuff b/c he has really bad ADHD but never has insurance. So when he does have insurance, they consider it a pre existing condition so he can't get meds for the most part...... plus meth here is getting worse of a problem but it's really not that bad here yet(around raleigh at least), when I was out in Chattanooga, that was way worse then what here is.
