i'm sure that's custom made.. there's a dip in the hatch cover where you can easily have a pair of 6x9 speakers (or whatever size speaker that fits) and simply cover it with some sort of fabric material.
it's a pretty good idea actually, i was thinking of adding some 6x9 speakers but i just didnt know a good way of 'hiding' it to keep things almost stock looking. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

2 6x9s, roughly 4.5-5lbs, is a lot of weight on that privacy cover...not so much the cover as the plastic clips that hold it up. But it has been done..
