 I had a lot of fun. Great meeting you all. You guys were awesome as well as your rides. Special thanks to Craig, Derrick, and Christina for helping Syed with his 5th gen. I know the rain kinda sucked, but my celi had fun  hope to meet again.

Man, I really can't find my camera at all. I'm home now and I can't remember for the life of me where I put it. I remember walking out of my room with it attached to the tripod, and I had my hoodie in my hands too. My hoodie was in my car, and so where the directions to Marco's house, but I guess somewhere between there, I lost it. I don't think I left it on my car and drove off...hmm. It's happened before. But anyways. I had a great time guys, hopefully I'll be able to make another meet soon. And Yuchen, your eating skills amaze me. The weather could have been better but an amazing meet either way. The rain actually made fun driving weather, but I felt my car lose traction on the freeway for 2.3 seconds. Sorry for the slow drive home Craig, I was trying to drive in the dryest lane cause of my phobia.

Cecilia may be all banged up but she hasn't stopped amazing me...just filled up on gas from the trip (508 miles) and she only took 15 gallons (refilled once during my midnight ride last night ). I would just like to add, that my mirrors are freaking sechs.
. I'm still going to organize SoCal meets even after I move. I'll just send the spreadsheet information to Marco or whoever the host is. Man, I'm going to miss these SoCal meets  . But don't worry, I have a plan brewing to host the ULTIMATE 6gc meet in the future. In my head, I ponder, how far are people willing to travel for a 6gc meet? The answer is depending on how BIG the meet is going to be. Not only that, but people are willing to make a further drive if the meet is an entire weekend and are notified in advance. I didn't think people would be willing to drive far until I saw that the NorCal Celica meet has a few SoCal members interested in attending. I calculated the furthest distance people are willing to travel for a 6gc meet. My calculation is about a 350mile radius at most if they are guarenteed a good time. My calculations are based on the members willing to attend the annual EC 6gc meets. Just let me think about this some more and I'll come up with something. May already be too late to pull this off this year, it takes a lot of planning. -------------------- |
