Hi there. I am still new to the whole Toyota scene and I don't really know a whole lot about the motors in these yet. I have a 1994 Toyota Celica ST and it has an automatic tranny and something is wrong with the motor. Now, what I am wondering about is what should I do? The motor that is in it now is the 7AFE and I know that it doesn't have hardly any power so I'm wanting something that can be driven daily and have some options to building. I know that there are bound to be a good bit of options out there and would like to hear what you all have to say. I don't want to do an automatic to manual swap, so any motors pertaining to that will be automatically ruled out, LoL. I'm also wondering if anyone knows where I can maybe pick up performance rods, pistons, cams, etc for the 7AFE motor that way I can just have a rebuilt motor with a little bit of performance. If you have suggestions on a different motor, please let me know how much trouble it is to swap these motors, what all is needed, and about how quick is it going to be. Thanks and I can't wait to see what you all have to say.
