So I've had my celica for 2 weeks, it runs awesome. Anyway it's a 5 spd MT (don't know if that matters for this thread) anyway today for the first time since I've had it, when I came to a stop after about 20 minutes of city driving, it revved and stayed at about 1500 rpms until I "tapped" the gas pedal and then it dropped back down to its normal 900 rpms at idle. Then, later again today I took it out (and it is freezing outside) and this time it revved to 2K rpm at idle until I "tapped" the gas pedal again and then it came down to normal 900 rpms.
What's up with that? I just did a full tune up last week (properly gapped), fresh oil/filter yesterday, it has an injen ram air intake (properly hooked up) and then I just checked the throttle spring in the engine and it didn't seem to stick at all.
