Tire Brand Sizes and Looks, Same Tire size does not mean every brand is the same size Options

Hi,

I am looking for anyone who has either Dunlop, Federal, or Nankang tires in 225/40/17 or 215/45/17 sizes. I am trying to get one of the two sizes that look good. I know that all different brands and models have different tread height, making one tire look bigger than another of the same size of a different brand.
