It was either this monthes or last months issue of Road and Track that had a cover story on 4-bangers. I was a little shocked because They usually only write about cars that cost at least $30k. Needless to say i picked it up and read the article. What they did was take about 12 cars that were Performanced tuned and put them up against each other. Then i looked at the list of cars competing, and guess what...no Celicas....not even a toyota. There was one WRX, 1 EVO, Couple Focus(gross) and a whole bunch of hondas. What a surprise!! Anyways i still read the article and the fastest of all the cars was an S2000.(for the RR and 4WD catagory). Then i got to thinking....how come there was no Celica....The fastest 1/4 mile time was only 13.4 sec. Either an Mr2 or GT4 with 3SGTE could have beaten that. The car with the most horses was the WRX, it had about 400. A 3sgte could beat that. So why no toyotas? I think that they were scared.....or they didnt bother inviting us toyota people because we have more important races to attend then to bother with hondas
