Check it again after the snow on your car melts. Maybe just a sensor, like o2 sensor got too cold and threw a code.

if the car is running fine its probably the converter. do you still have a cat? check the code.

Probably melting snow....

If anything I would guess it got in the O2 sensor connector and is disrupting the signal.

Drive it for a few days and see if the light goes out.
If it doesn't, take it to autocrap and have them check the codes [it's free].

autozone can't check OBDI codes...

search the forums, there are specific instructions on how to check the codes, it's super easy and all it requires is a paper clip. Or download this document for instructions and code definitions:

Whoops, my apologies.

I assumed it was OBDII, most of them are.

Jump TE1 and E1 in the diagnostics box with a paper clip and the key off.
Turn the key on and count how many times the MIL flashes.
It will be a 2 digit # [2 flashes followed by 3 flashes would be a code 23, ect].
You can have more than 1 code, if you do the lower # code will flash first.

Still most likely that O2 sensor, but you can drive it and see if the light goes away.

The cat does not run lean, it's either inefficient or its fine. It looks like code 25 is Air/Fuel Ratio too Lean. Being really wet shouldn't set a code, if it does something is not connected properly. Just clearing the code is not fixing the problem, if that's all you did it will probably come back.

thats what the computer said when i checked...it cant be air/fuel ration because i been running with the turbo for like a month...it started to today when the car got all that snow under it. we didnt just take the code out...i took it to my mechanic they lift it and took all the snow under that was stuck...we dried everything and i drove the car for liike 5 mins and it was gone.

25 ............... Lean Signal Sent By O2 Sensor For Several Seconds

Makes sense, water steaming on a hot exhaust will throw extra oxygen in the air. O2 senses oxygen, sees more than it should, all the ECU sees is a lean mix.

Though I'm kind of puzzled that S1 picked that up, isn't it right by the head on the 7A?

snow and the code could be just a coincidence. clear the code and if it comes back then you need to check out whats causing it. check for intake leaks and watch your wideband while cruising out of boost and in light boost to see if your AFR is indeed going lean. if you dont have a wideband then you need to be kicked.
