okay, so my clutch went out, i decide to change it......and do some other stuff to...(header, hot wires, and good tune up)

so i get it all out, and got it all put back.

my front left caliper now has a leak.....but it didn't look like it leaked at the piston...why?

when i had it on a jackstands i tested to make sure no chatter and that the tranny shifter smoothly.....everything was fine and tight.

when i drove it around the block it sounded fine.

i got on the interstate and drove maybe 10 miles and when i take off after stopping from the first time...it makes a clunk clunk clunk and sorta shakes when the clutch is say 1/3 of the way let off

the axles are 6 months old and the mounts were tighted and the rubber in them looked good.

any ideas?

also, since the header i lost alot of low end torque why?

I'm no help on the rest - but headers will do that to you. It wasn't alot - it just feels like it. Now get it up to 5K RPM and notice the infamous 5S dead zone is noticeably more alive. It's a trade off - wheel spin at take off for upper RPM smooth pull. You could do worse - most people don't even notice that difference.
