iTunes FTW
legal downloads and costs less for a full album than buying CDs
although it's nice to have the art (IMO) but still, DLs+iPod+Car=good times!

oh I almost forgot... the topic. I actually think I'd spend the gift card on a PS3 if you're way into that, or a blue-ray player. I myself would get the PS3 because that kills 2 birds w/one stone, and I'd sell my perfect condition PS2 slim.

I don't think I've bought music in 2 years. rolleyes.gif

If you get the 40gig PS3 you may want to hold onto the PS2 since it's not backwards compatible.

I wonder how much the macbook air will cost. Man that thing is sweet.
Actually my friend told me one of those info-mercials about this japanese guy who just invented a new kind of laptop.
It's a pen--------with two projectors and you put it up on a stand and one projector projects out an image of a monitor, and the other one projects a keyboard and basically it reads your finger movements.
What a cool design, I'd like to get my hands on one of those when it comes out.

As for this topic, check how much a macbook air would cost or get urself a pioneer indash dvd or double din, and get the program to read ur car's spec's and dynos and such.

Macbook Air is really not that great a machine. It's small yes, but has no media drive, has 1 USB port, Wi-Fi only, and a non-removable battery.

Where as the Lenovo Thinkpad X300 has a DVD drive, removable battery, 3 USB ports, ethernet and Wi-Fi, higher resolution, weighs about the same (+/- .2lbs) and still very thin. Not even a competition IMO.

Yeah as of right now there is no region-codes for the PS3 games, so any games will work on any PS3.
