 Engine Oil Coolers, Which is Better? |

I want to get one but not sure which type to get. I believe from the ones pictured below, the first is water cooled and the other is air cooled.
Which is best? For the water cooled one, I assume the oil filter now goes on that silver core - would I have to start using 7th gen Celica filters since the kit below is for a 7th gen? I plan on custom fitting it.
