 Pre-3SGTE swap, What should i do before i swap? |

So i was planning on doing my 3 swap in late June-July, but have opted to wait towards the end of the year seeing as how i am buying a condo right now and wont have 4,000 cash to drop on a front clip, yet:)
But i will still be able to spend money on other things, so i was thinking of stuff i could do before i did the swap... But all i could come up with is a new exhaust. What else can i do to make my car more swap ready? Im not talking about stereo or side skirts or lowering, just strickly related to the swap.
