 working late, need finanical calculation help |

I need to determine the present value of an annuity stream that increases at a set rate. For purposes of the present value calculation, I need to assume a different interest rate than the escalation rate. I have not been able to locate an on-line financial calculator that will do this.

i do not know of any online financial calculators but do u have a BAII+? That calculator would do this for you and they're only about 30 bucks i believe. On that sucker you could find out youre question quite easily.

No fancy calculator. Thats why I am asking. If someone has one of these, I would appreciate if you could PM me and I could give you the data. Thanks.
