 No Airbags, Can someone tell me Why I don't have any? |

Yea, I bought a 1995 St with 174,000 Kilometers (it's canadian) last year and it doesn't have airbags. I did some research and found out it's from like Quebec or some canadian city, i forgot. Can anyone explain to me why it doesn't have airbags and why canada doesn't inforce that law???
