Jeff is going to a "private meet", so he won't have time for us
Nam can't make the drive (I don't blame him...seven hours is probably too long even for me to spend with my Allu)
Faust can't make it (not enough time to prepare)
Derrick can't make it, but I damn sure better see that plush doll there

The plush is still undergoing planning as we speak. Designs have been thought out, and legally issues are being put into effect. Once people see the Derrick plush at ToyotaFest, then everyone is going to want one. I need to make sure that there aren't going to be a bunch of plush Derricks around town. My Celica feels the same way.

yup, it's just and Joe....and since he's from the Torrance area, I changed the meet location to my friend's shop (in Torrance) at 1350 W. 228th St. so if there are any lurkers on here who were planning on going but didn't want to speak up, meet us there at 8am

bah, I only have a few pictures...didn't snap too many since I didn't get to stay as long as I would've liked (though Victor said he got sunburned, so maybe it's good we had to leave early ). the pictures'll be up on Alexi's blog whenever I get off my lazy ass and upload them from my camera.

it was nice seeing some 6gcs there (even though there were only two), and Joe and I ran into the newest member of the 6gc SoCal division: BonzaiCelica/Justin...whom I'm sure we'll see at the next meet

^ oh yeah, that guy. it was funny how they were checking our cars out. and we weren't even part of the show. would've been cool if we were parked with the other 2 6gc members though. and i also ran into chanh55. haven't seen him since my first meet. his sc was looking pretty good. btw, did anybody win anything?
