On that subject [and since the original question has been answered] - once GT4's are legal to import and have gone through the legalization process in Canada next year - can us USAers buy them and import them legally from Canada [NAFTA FTW]?

I'm sure you could because i know many canadians (calgarians for that matter) that have imported a supra from the states up to here.

Unfortunately I don't think it'll be that easy - you still have the DOT approvals/crash rating to consider. I think we'll have to relocate to Canada to take advantage of this. The best thing we'll get out of it is the legal importation to North America of GT4's I think which equals slightly easier availability of parts. I can hope tho.
