 Exhaust certificate in SO CALI!?!?!, So cops wont hassle you |

Hey I read an article in the San Gabriel Tribune (in so cali ::west covina:
 that this guy was always hassled by the cops until he did something about it. He went to the dmv and got his exhaust rated. His exhaust meets the standard noise requirements and got a certificate for it. Now when he gets pulled over he just pulls out his certificate and shows the officer this and they can't give him a ticket for his exhaust being so loud because it meets the requirements!! Has anyone else have heard of this???
