quick question where does your temp gauge needle read at during normal driving with ac on in summer? mines 1/2 way between hot & cold pretty much horizontal, just wondering cause most my cars read at about 1/4 i have a 97 w/2.2 THANKS! biggrin.gif

cool thanks for the fast reply, i did notice today that my upper radiator hose needs replacing it was swollen & about to bust rolleyes.gif

Oh, sucky. Check your other hoses too then, usually when one goes they tend to all go together. One good hose will pressurize differently and could put more pressure on the weaker hoses... trust me, it's better to just get 'em all at once or else it becomes a giant PITA! Replace your radiator cap too while you're at it, for good measure. biggrin.gif

laugh.gif true! i have replaced 2 other hoses 1 at a time, i also put a new radiator on it.
