Ok guys since we are almost a month out from the meet I am going to need to find out who all is still planning on coming and who is a maybe. This is who said that they are coming from both Celica.net and here. Let me know from either a PM, AIM, or post if oyu are for sure and if you are staying the night.

Like I said this is a list of who said that they were planning on attending. So who knows what some of them are planning. I will update this as the time goes on and people say that they are for sure or not.

A couple things that we need to figure out before the meet. 1. for all the people who are going ot be staying the night, do we want to try to all get in to the same hotel? If we do would some of you mind splitting a room to help cut the cost down? Also I think for the dinner we are going to have a big cook out. A couple of places that Eric and myself discussed were, either at one end or another of the dragons tail, or we could invade the smokies and hit up a cook spot there. We can get food and supplies from the Walmart right across the street from the meeting place. Let me know cause we are going to cook out it just depends on where we do it. Most of the hotels will give a group discount if we get enough people to stay there.

I have a friend that will let me use his time share(2+ bedroom, kitchen, 2 bath... almost like a house). That should cost me less than $100 for the weekend, but if people already have rooms I'd rather try to all stay at one hotel.

As for the cookout, I'm up for anything. I can eat anytime, anywhere.

Aaron, Currently I am checking on the prices of a cabin up there so we all could make it in the same place for cheap. I will let you all know what I found out this weekend.

I have found a couple of Chalets in Gatlinburg that are open and have a pool table, grill and has beds to sleep 8, Plus its got lots of parking there which is a plus if we all have the cook out there. The Chalet , Thats the one Im currently looking at. If we can get 8 people to stay there it is only 23 bucks each, but if we can get more than it will be even cheaper. Let me know what you all think. Also we need to set up a time where we all can get in a chat room and discuss what we are going to do. We did it last time and it was a great help.

OK so It looks like we have 4 or 5 people as of right now that are staying at the chalet. I will book it then either later on tonight after I finish studying or tomorow morning.

Well I was trying to reserve the one that I showed you all, but it requires a 4 night stay. Also every single one out there requires a 2 nihgt minium stay. Im since Im going to be out there on the fri before It would work. Also I some of you want to come up a day early even if its later on that Fri night and chill wou are more than welcome, just understand that It will cost you more. But I may have some friends that could help us out bye staying there with me on that fri night. I am trying to find one with at least a pool table if not that then a air hockey or something like that. But the parking thing is my bigest concern and that is helping me choice the one we stay at. Here is the one that Im currently looking at.
Curent one Let me know what you all think. It would be 25 bucks a night for each of you all to stay there. Also here is a Different option that we could stay at. If we can get 10 for that one it would be 25 and I am waiting on an email back on that one.

They both look great. The 4 bedroom would probably hold more of us, but the pool table is inviting.

Either way, PM me when the plans are definite. I might want to stay Fri night if it's ok with capn(we talked on AIM the other night about driving up in caravan fashion from Chatt).
I should be able to afford up to $60 a night, so the price shouldn't really matter to me.

Yes we will. The second option is what I think that Im looking at as of now. It will hold more people and Im waiting on an email about the avalibility on it. Also are you thinking about coming up fri night also?

Well guys, I found the one that were going to stay at. Its This one . It says that it will sleep 8 in beds but we can have people crash on the couches and what not. Its going to be 470 for the weekend and we can figure out how much its going to cost everybody once we figure out who is staying both nights and who is staying 1 night. Let me know who is going to stay 1 night or both.

I live in Knoxville,TN!!!! I am excited!! I just got my new 94 GT and it should rock. I'm coming. I hope there is a big turn out! I wont be needing to stay in any hotels since I live there. But I will be there.
