Thinking of swapping my engine, would like imput, 7afe into 4age Options

I am wanting to swap into the blacktop 20v but have tons of questions.

I was wondering if anyone that has completed this swap could give me some insight into some problems that I may run into when doing the swap.

anything that I would need to pay specific attention to when completing this swap.

Also, I'm not a gear head so when buying this engine, what exactly will i need to purchase along with the engine to do the swap.
