Damn dude, good question. You find out let me know shoot..... I am scared to take it apart or anything, but mine is messing around with me. Making my battery light flicker sometimes.

Can these be ordered from toyota? I had to take mine apart before and solder new wire to the pin after mine broke.

Yes. If it is female it is 90980–11349, the male counterpart is 90980–11348. Double-check the part number by looking for a 5-digit code moulded onto the plug.

The female part is the one on the alternator and the male is the wire plug itself correct? haha

male conectors have the pins, female connectors have the receptacle for the pin.
