Mine does the same thing. It's done it since I bought it 4 years ago, and back then it only had 89k on it(sitting at 192.5k now). From what I can tell, it does it worse the lower it idles. Most of the time I idle around 650-750 rpm, it doesn't do it when it's still warming up(idling at 1200-1500 rpm), which makes me think it's just idling too low.

things to make the car vibration go down could be a tune up (which is just a spark plug change) an oil change, and if its while driving making sure your tires are balanced, and your alignment is good.
A tune up can smooth the engine out alot. |

The timing has been done by Toyota every 30k, the oil gets changed every 2500-3500(Castrol Syntec), the spark plugs are less than 6 months old(Denso Iridium), and the tires have nothing to do with vibration while sitting still. I've had the car for 4 years and it's done it the whole time. The factory ECU just idles a little bit low.

my car had that problem too, but it was dependant on the weather, whether it was cold or hot. what i think it is is that it might be caused when the cooling fans or the lights are on at idle(more resistance from the alternator). but having my SAFC2 set for a low throttle setting on -10% all across the band got rid of the problem. also, while in the process of turboing, i found that exhaust leaks would cause idle shaking and problems, but that is pretty easy to notice. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
